About this flavour
Monster Energy Ultra Rosá
Red fruit that resists being pinned to one variety: something of raspberry, something of apple, and underneath a floral note that stays after the sip. It is sweeter than the white Ultra without being heavy. That finish is what defines this can and sets it apart from Red, which is flatter and more berry-forward. It is one of the few Ultra cans where the finish is more interesting than the first sip.
The spelling shifts between Rosá and Rosa depending on the country, which regularly produces two entries in a list where only one flavour exists. The pink of the can also shifts between print runs. For collectors the difference sits in that print, not in the drink. The can has also appeared in two designs, with and without the background pattern, and that difference reads from a distance.
