Red Bull Summer Sudachi Limoen
Sudachi is a Japanese citrus that runs sharper and more bitter than lime, and it comes through clearly here. The can is among the most sour in the whole range and carries little sweetness as a counterweight. Anyone expecting lime is caught out by how much bitterness is in it.
The Summer Edition carries a different flavour every year, from white peach to sudachi to cherry with wild berries, under one name. A sugar-free version of this can also exists. The year matters more than the name here if you want to know what you are holding.
